Season 10 HighLights
• The 10th Anniversary Concert – momentous occasion of celebrating 10 years of Out Loud’s existence with 37 performers. A new commissioned work "Every Dream Begins with a Dreamer", collaborating with the First Congregational Church Chancel Chorus and its staff, a great historical video, a reunion of former Artistic Directors and singer and an award represented to Out Loud from GALA National were most memorable!
• Ten new singing members that made it to concert. Good growth this year.
• Joining the Colorado Springs Choralaborative Group – Performing for 1000 people at “The Choral Confluence” at the Pikes Peak Performing Arts Center. This was the first time to perform in that prestigious venue in Out Loud History.
• Hiring of Sandi Shroads – excellent pianist/accompanist from Colorado Springs
• Singing wonderfully at GALA and setting a higher standard of choral sound and musicality.
• Hosting 180 voices the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus and DGMC in a kick off COLORADO SPRINGS PRIDE CONCERT at First United Methodist Church of Colorado Springs. 300 voices performing and over 700 people attended.

Out Loud at GALA 2016 in Denver
• The Out Loud 10th Anniversary Benefit Celebration “A Night of Broadway” – Raised $1500
• Prepared a Choral workshop and presentation of GALA Chorus history to the choirs of Fountain Valley School of Colorado on as part of the RMAA Mosaic Youth Program.
• Partnering with Colorado Springs PRIDEFEST
• Singing at the In and Out Youth Services (A LGBTQ Youth Center) Annual Breakfast for 400 as part of the Mosaic Youth Outreach Program.
• Out Loud singing with the Annual Remembrance Service for children that at Memorial Hospital – University of Colorado Health. This is in collaboration with the Spiritual Care Department
• Performing at the United States Air Force Academy – Out Loud was the first openly Gay Chorus to ever perform in the history of this US Military Academy.
• Partnering with the Citizen’s Project of Colorado Springs. New relationship with Deb Walker.
• Raising $2500 for the Citizen’s Project of Colorado Springs and $2500 for the Orlando Victim Fund.
• Starting of a the small group FORTE from the singers of Out Loud and the huge success of fantastic new associate conductor Joey Young
• A fun and revenue successful Holiday Show.
