Victoria is the co-founder and former Artistic Director for Shine Nation, a non-profit organization that provides life-changing, character-building, empowering opportunities for under-resourced youth in Colorado Springs through participation in the arts. Shine Nation has served over 500 community youth since their inception in 2016. For three years, Victoria served as the conductor for the Pikes Peak Singers, the premiere treble ensemble of the Colorado Springs Children’s Chorale.

Victoria has a rich background in performance as well. She was the lead singer for the band Kopesetik Soul for 5 years, and also co-hosted Sunday Night Soul Sessions at the Zodiac, a community-based project where audience and performers worked together to create unique musical sessions each month. She has performed throughout Colorado as a soloist and collaborative percussionist.

A Colorado Springs native, Victoria began her musical journey at the age of 5, when she first began to sing. Her innate gift in singing eventually led to her studies in classical and jazz vocal studies, percussion, guitar and conducting, as well as experience in music technology, sound design and editing. She is a member of the American Choral Directors Association, and currently serves on the Colorado ACDA Anti-Racism Task Force. In her free time, Victoria loves to travel and enjoys spending time with her loving family and friends.

Victoria is excited to be Artistic Director for Out Loud and looks forward to creating memorable musical experiences for all in our community!

Joey has a Bachelor's degree in Music Education and a Master's degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Northern Colorado.  He has performed in many programs within the University's performing arts scene including: Mary Sunshine in Chicago, Ben in The Secret Garden, Serse in Handel's Serse, Madame de la Haltière in Massanet's Cindrillon among other various shows, choirs and jazz ensembles.

Having previously taught as a choir and band director at a local high school, he is in charge of Out Loud's small ensembles and aids in the musical vision of the chorus.  Joey is overjoyed to be working and collaborating with the bright musical talents of Victoria Lipscomb, Sandi Shroads and, of course, the dedicated singers that make up the Out Loud Colorado Springs Men's Chorus.

A Colorado Springs native, Sandi began playing piano at the age of four. Sandi graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelors of Music in Jazz Studies. In 2011, she performed with jazz guitar legend Earl Klugh at the Broadmoor Hotel, and in 2015 performed with Melissa Manchester with the Broadmoor Pops Orchestra. Sandi currently performs elegant piano music for private events at various venues around town. She is thrilled to be the accompanist and "Diva Emeritus" for Out Loud. When she's not tickling the ivories, she can usually be found on a golf course somewhere, enjoying the Colorado sunshine and natural beauty.
